HEALTHY BROWNIES
This brownie recipe is super nutritious and and easy to make. It only takes 5 minutes to prepare and nobody will believe that they are raw!
1 1/2 cup of raw walnuts
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
10 organic medjool dates
1 vanilla bean - optional
1. Put walnuts into a food processor and pulse until walnuts are ground up
2. Take the pits out of the dates and add them to the ground walnuts mixture with the cacao powder
3. Slice the vanilla bean down the centre and scrape the seeds out of the pod and add them to the walnut mixture
4. Process the walnut mixture in the food processor until it starts to form a ball
5. Remove mixture from the food processor and press onto a plate or small pan
6. Refrigerate for 5 minutes and cut into squares
