Fresh Spring Detox Salad

1 cup of cooked Quinoa
½ bunch of chopped parsley
¼ bunch of cilantro
1 tomato diced
1 ripe avocado diced
1 mango diced
1 green onion or chives chopped

Dressing
½ clove grated garlic
2 tbsp olive or flax oil
1 lemon or lime juiced

Toss all ingredients together.  Add pepper and sea salt to taste.
